Welcome to B&N Wellness. By accessing this website, booking an appointment, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before engaging our services.

1. General Information

B&N Wellness provides canine bodywork and wellness support services located in Airdrie, Alberta.
All information shared on this website or through our sessions is intended for educational and wellness purposes only and should not be considered veterinary or medical advice.

2. Scope of Services

Our sessions are designed to promote relaxation, mobility, and overall comfort in dogs.
They are non-diagnostic, non-invasive, and not a substitute for veterinary care.
We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or perform any medical or chiropractic procedures.

3. Booking & Payment

Appointments are confirmed once booked through our scheduling system or directly with B&N Wellness.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept e-transfer, cash, debit and credit card.
All prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the full session fee being charged.

5. Fleas, Illness, & Behavior

Dogs must arrive free of fleas and contagious illness.
If fleas are discovered during a session, a $100 Flea Sanitation Fee will be applied, as the clinic must be sanitized and closed for 48 hours to protect all clients.
If your dog displays aggression, excessive stress, or unsafe behavior, the session may be paused or ended at the practitioner’s discretion.

6. Session Recordings & Media

For safety and transparency, all sessions are recorded on video.
Recordings remain confidential and are used only for training, quality assurance, or liability protection.
With written consent from the owner, short video clips or photos may be shared on B&N Wellness social media or used for educational purposes.

7. Client Responsibilities & Health Disclosure

By booking a session, you confirm that your dog is healthy enough for bodywork and that all relevant health and behavioral information has been disclosed.
You agree to follow any aftercare recommendations provided by B&N Wellness.

8. Informed Consent & Practitioner Limitations

I understand that the massage/bodywork my dog receives is provided for the basic purpose of relaxation, stress reduction, and relief of muscular tension.
I further understand that massage/bodywork should not be construed as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment, and that I should consult a veterinarian, chiropractor, or other qualified medical professional for any physical or mental ailment I am aware of.

I acknowledge that canine bodyworkers are not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat any physical or mental illness, and that nothing said during the course of any session should be construed as such.

Because bodywork may be contraindicated under certain medical conditions, I affirm that I have disclosed all known medical conditions and answered all questions honestly and completely.
I agree to keep the practitioner updated on any changes to my dog’s health profile and understand that there shall be no liability on the practitioner’s part should I fail to do so.

9. Liability

By participating in a session, you acknowledge and accept that:

Bodywork is a complementary service and not a replacement for veterinary treatment.
B&N Wellness and its practitioners are not liable for injury, condition, or outcome resulting from services provided.
You assume full responsibility for your dog’s health, safety, and behavior during and after the session.

10. Refunds & Reschedules

Refunds or credits are offered at the discretion of B&N Wellness.
If a session must be rescheduled due to illness, emergency, or weather, you will be notified as soon as possible and rebooked promptly.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photos, videos, and graphics — is the property of B&N Wellness and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission.

12. Privacy

Any personal information collected through bookings, forms, or communications is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will never be sold or shared without your consent.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
